This passion for quality is why we’re proud to feature Croftpak’s produce in our dishes, bringing the best of local, sustainable farming to our guests.

We’re proud to source our vegetables, herbs, and fruits from Flourish Produce, where freshness and quality are paramount. Flourish grows over 400 varieties, focusing on seasonal, hand-harvested crops with incredible flavor. Their “field to kitchen” approach ensures our produce arrives within 18 hours of harvest, preserving each ingredient’s natural essence. This partnership brings vibrant, flavorful, and sustainably grown ingredients from Flourish’s farm to your plate.
